Tambal-tambal for healing
Join us to experiencing and Exploring the *tambal-tambal* slow stitch sharing session.  With this stitch you get a chance to be fully present with the sewing activity.
At the same time, you can begin to notice the intentions and decision making behind each movement.

Taking time to notice what happens as the mind interacts with mental and physical sensations. *Sashiko* (刺し子, literally meaning "little stabs") is a form of decorative and reinforcement stitching. Traditionally, this running stitch is used to reinforce points of wear or to repair worn places or tears with patches. *Boro* is the art of mending rags or scraps of cloth. The term "boro" is also used to describe clothes and household items which have been patched-up and repaired many times.
