Marisa dan Nia mulai mengadakan Healing Art Workshop yang dimulai di akhir Okt 2019. Pertemuan dan perbincangan setiap minggu setelah sesi water therapy membuahkan ide untuk memanfaatkan bahan-bahan yg ada dan tersisa utk dimanfaatkan kembali menjadi craft yang bermanfaat jg utk healing project.


Pengalaman pemulihan diri dan latar belakang Marisa sebagai play therapist dan Nia sebagai crafter /dekorator dan mindfulness enthusiast menggiatkan kami utk berbagi dan mengedukasi sekeliling kami.


Visi dan misi kami adalah kami ingin bersama belajar tumbuh, pulih, dan menjadi lebih baik bersama. Dan kami juga belajar berbagi , berkolaborasi, dan berkomunitas yang bisa memberikan dampak positive tentu saja ke manusia dan lingkungan sekitar.

Tambal-tambal for healing 
Join us to experiencing and Exploring the *tambal-tambal* slow stitch sharing session.  With this stitch you get a chance to be fully present with the sewing activity. 
At the same time, you can begin to notice the intentions and decision making behind each movement.

Taking time to notice what happens as the mind interacts with mental and physical sensations. *Sashiko* (εˆΊγ—ε­, literally meaning "little stabs") is a form of decorative and reinforcement stitching. Traditionally, this running stitch is used to reinforce points of wear or to repair worn places or tears with patches. *Boro* is the art of mending rags or scraps of cloth. The term "boro" is also used to describe clothes and household items which have been patched-up and repaired many times.

“loving yourself is always a good start”  Di dalam sesi ini kita akan bersama menggunakan bahan-bahan sisa produksi Kana yang msh layak utk digunakan untuk  memperbaiki pakaian atau celana kita, melakukan simple dekorasi, membuat sesuatu kreasi baru dr bahan-bahan yg mungkin tidak terpakai dan tentunya ini adalah hasil buatan kita sendiri, lebih personal tentunya.

 Selama proses tambal-tambal dan menjahit kita akan sekaligus mengeksplorasi diri kita sendiri. Sekaligus melatih kesadaran (mindfulness) dimana fokus kita tertuju akan satu fokus penuh hanya pada apa yang sedang dijalani saat ini, memperhatikan apa yang kita pikirkan, rasakan dan sensasi yg menyertainya. Hal ini dapat mengurangi beban stress dan rasa sakit pd badan kita.”
